Job Description:

Service Coordinator III in Foster City

Seeking a Service Coordination for a call center in Foster City. This position serves in a leadership role and oversees a group of individuals to maintain performance goals. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, ability to solve problems and be flexible.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and provide assistance to customers

Coach and mentor subordinates

Assist with new hire training

Document and communicate any issues or complaints made by customers

Preform follow-up calls to maintain customer satisfaction

Maintain computers and other office equipment

Assign vendors as needed

May have other projects assigned

Qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to read a map as well as other various reports

Able to negotiate effectively

Able to work weekends and nights

High School Diploma or equivalent

3 years of experience in a call center setting or customer service position

A self motivator, needs little supervision
