Account Manager Great Opportunity

International Staffing Firm on the peninsula is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team! 1-2 years sales or staffing background helpful In this role, you will be responsible for running a full-cycle sales and recruitment desk. Base salary plus incredible commission and bonus potential based on individual performance. We are looking for the following: *Someone with a promen track record as an individual sales contributor. *Accountability: Meet/Exceed individual and Team sales quotas and *Positive Attitude- having fun at work and working hard to achieve goals is what we are all about. We need someone with a work hard, play hard mentality who is genuinely passionate about the staffing industry *Strong balance of sales, client services, recruiting, marketing and operations experience *Excellent follow-through, strong negotiation skills, administrative skills In this unique role, no two days are the same. .
