The Operations Manager will be at the forefront of our mission to ensure eco-friendly practices and enhanced customer satisfaction through effective management of our environmental services team. Develop and implement operational strategies that adhere to environmental policies and ensure compliance with regulations Manage day-to-day operations of the environmental services department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow management Collaborate with R&D to integrate new environmentally-friendly technologies and practices into service offerings Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring effective execution of pest management solutions Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial activities to ensure resources are used efficiently Prepare reports and analysis on department performance for upper management Ensure continuous professional development of team members through training and support Proven leadership and team management abilities Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills Ability to analyze data and provide insights for operational improvements Expertise in customer relationship management Familiarity with the pest management industry and related technological advancements Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Operations Manager (COM) preferred Pest Control License as required by local regulations
