This person will be the face of the company, greeting customers and answering phones. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, and an efficient team player who wants to grow with the company. This is a great opportunity for the right person! ESSENTIAL DUTIES Greets all customers entering the office with a friendly, upbeat attitude Performs clerical functions such as; answering telephones, preparing correspondence, and scanning/filing documents Other duties may be assigned Sorts, opens, and routes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail for delivery to the post office Dome computer skills required SKILLS Reliable and Punctual Quick Learner Ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills and great problem solving abilities Honest and trustworthy EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Grad or equivalent GED Office experience required One to two years related experience and/or training in an office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
