Job Description:

We have an immediate need for an Office Coordinator to join our expanding team in San Mateo! We are a stable recruiting firm that has existed in the Silicon Valley for over 50 years,and can offer several transferable roles within the company for new hires to transition into, including Marketing Assistant, Sales, and HR roles.

Duties for this position include telephone reception, greeting candidates and setting them up on a safety video, printing documents for signatures, and providing a friendly demeanor as the face of the office.
