for a skilled Office Coordinator to support our client Freshwork's
new Bellevue office to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and
administrative tasks, working part-time three days per week. You
will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run
smoothly and the first point of contact to visitors, employees, and
vendors. The -ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a
competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You
will be comfortable multi-tasking and able to carry out
administrative and facilities duties with accuracy and speed. Your
role will be paramount to creating a healthy, inclusive office for
Freshworks employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
monitoring access to the office
conference rooms
employee requests
well-stocked at all times
activities, celebrations, and company meetings
conferencing, visitor management, and help desk ticketing
