JOB -DESCRIPTION: Newmark is looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to support our client Freshwork's new Bellevue office to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and administrative tasks, working part-time three days per week. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and the first point of contact to visitors, employees, and vendors. The -ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable multi-tasking and able to carry out administrative and facilities duties with accuracy and speed. Your role will be paramount to creating a healthy, inclusive office for Freshworks employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Front desk duties - receiving guests, answering phone calls, handling deliveries,
    monitoring access to the office
  • Maintaining a clean and professional appearance of our common areas and
    conference rooms
  • Supporting the Workplace Manager with facilities, vendor communication, and
    employee requests
  • Maintain and organize office and kitchen supplies and ensure both are
    well-stocked at all times
  • Assisting with planning and executing events, team lunches, offsite team building
    activities, celebrations, and company meetings
  • Resolve administrative office problems and inquiries with manager's approval
  • Working with various technologies and systems including room reservation, video
    conferencing, visitor management, and help desk ticketing
  • Provide assistance in miscellaneous office projects as needed SKILLS, -EDUCATION -AND -EXPERIENCE:
    • At least 3 -years working in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in an -administrative role supporting office operations
    • Strong technical skills including proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, -Excel, and Word
    • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and -priorities at once
    • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills including -a flexible and positive attitude
    • First Aid/CPR training a plus!
