Job Description Job Description We are looking for a
detail-oriented Front Desk/Admin to support daily office operations
in Sunnyvale, California. This is a long-term contract position
ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and
excels in multitasking. The role involves managing administrative
tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining
organizational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Provide
administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings,
and coordinating communications. • Answer inbound calls
professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update company
records. • Handle receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors
and ensuring they are directed appropriately. • Assist in
maintaining office supplies and inventory to ensure operational
needs are met. • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports,
and documentation as needed. • Support other team members with
administrative tasks to enhance productivity. • Ensure compliance
with company policies and procedures in all administrative
activities. • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate
smooth workflow and communication. • At least 1 year of experience
in administrative support or a similar role. • Proficiency in
answering calls and managing detailed correspondence. • Strong
organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data
entry. • Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting
clients and managing visitor logs. • Ability to multitask and
prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. • Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in office
software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. • A proactive
and team-oriented mindset to support collaborative efforts.
