About the role The Creative & Content Strategy Lead, Growth Marketing role is a key position within the Growth Marketing team at Tile. This role is responsible for managing the global creative strategy across paid and organic channels. This position will interface with all levels of the Growth Marketing team and will be instrumental in driving creative strategy, testing and operational excellence across multiple digital marketing channels. What you'll do

  • Oversee the Growth Marketing Team's global creative strategy, asset development, resource allocation and planning timelines for paid and organic channels
  • Act as the primary liaison between Growth Marketing, the internal creative team and external creative agencies
  • Partner with media buying team to develop processes for asset requests, refreshes and creative testing
  • Develop international creative strategy and processes for localization and geo-specific testing
  • Collaborate with media and analytics teams to analyze creative performance and inform future creative development
  • Build and manage creative and content roadmap with key stakeholders Qualifications
    • 8+ years of digital marketing experience with an emphasis on creative strategy and execution across brand and DR initiatives
    • Experience managing both internal and external creative resources with a successful implementation of best practices and processes--
    • Experience working with DAM and CMS platforms
    • Experience with forecasting and managing asset development across Facebook, Pinterest, Google, Twitter and other high performing digital marketing platforms
    • Ability to effectively present to marketing leadership and senior partners/stakeholders across the organization
    • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment that enjoys delivering results
    • Proclivity for capacity planning and resource management
    • Proven ability to drive the evolution of a program through the application of data insights, while maintaining an analytical mindset
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
