Job Description Project Executive – Construction (12 Years Construction Management Experience) Goodall Brazier is representing a leading general contractor in San Francisco that is seeking a highly experienced Project Executive to join their senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of large-scale projects and play a key role in the contractor’s continued success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee multiple large-scale multifamily and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project managers and field teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track. Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the construction industry with significant exposure to multifamily and commercial projects. Proven track record in managing projects in excess of $50M. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively. Proficiency in project management software and industry-standard tools. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $210,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience.
