Fusion is growing rapidly and offers considerable opportunity for career advancement.Who is Fusion Academy?Fusion is a comprehensive private middle school and high school, and a full-service tutoring facility. Some Fusion students exhibit special learning needs such as ADHD, LD, and emotional difficulties. Other students may be accelerated learners or need flexible scheduling. All Fusion classes and tutoring are conducted one-to-one. Fusion is a unique academic program offering services year-round on a rolling admissions basis.Spanish Teacher Responsibilities:This Spanish teacher provides a one-to-one teaching experience in the areas of Spanish 1-Spanish 3 grade levels 6-12.Be a subject matter expert in teaching and tutoring a majority of the focuses detailed above; the candidate must be prepared to teach and tutor material at a high school level immediately.Mentor students and provide guidance in their studies.Monitor and enhance academic programs for students.Create and execute exciting lesson plans that connect with students.Participate in and contribute to a vibrant staff culture.Spanish Teacher Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required for consideration, as well as a higher-level Spanish background.Teaching credentials are a plus but are not mandatory.Experience with students with learning differences and ADHD is a plus as well as mentoring experience.Should be outgoing, well organized, competent in basic computer skills, and is an individual who is eager to work in a highly dynamic, energetic school setting.
