An Elementary School is seeking a dedicated special education professional to serve as an Onsite Early Childhood Teacher for a contract position beginning February 17, 2026, through June 11, 2026. This role supports early childhood caseloads, providing tailored instruction to students within a structured school setting. Location: Wilmington, DE Schedule: 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute paid lunch Days: Monday through Friday, consistent school hours Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and group instruction to early childhood students with special educational needs. Develop and implement specialized lesson plans aligned with each students Individualized Education Program (IEP). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, aides, and parents to support comprehensive student development. Monitor and document student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
