Division of Rheumatology in the Department of Medicine at the
University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is seeking an
accomplished, dedicated Rheumatologist to join our faculty at the
Associate or Full Professor level in the Health Sciences (HS)
Clinical or Clinical X series. This full-time (100% effort)
position is based at UCSF Health and offers the opportunity to
contribute to world-class clinical care, education, and academic

high-quality rheumatologic care 6-8 half-days per week in the UCSF
Health rheumatology clinic, serving a diverse patient population
with a wide range of complex autoimmune and inflammatory
conditions. Impact Through Teaching: Teach and supervise
rheumatology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical
students. Faculty in the HS Clinical and Clinical X series play a
vital role in training the next generation of clinicians. Academic
Growth & Leadership: Engage in scholarly, creative, and service
activities aligned with your interests. Faculty in these series
contribute to program development, quality improvement, and the

What We’re Looking For: Board-certified in Internal Medicine and
Rheumatology (ABIM) MD or MBBS degree Demonstrated commitment to
education and clinical excellence Strong Interest in teaching and
mentorship Ability to thrive in a collaborative academic medical

for more information. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum
pay determined by rank and step at appointment. The minimum base
salary range for this position is $161,700 - $344,400. The total
negotiated salary for this position will include another component
at the time of hire. This position includes membership in the
health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility
