You will be responsible for shaping and growing our engineering team. Youll work closely with all teams (product, design, and business) to understand user needs and deliver high quality products at a rapid startup pace. You will set engineering milestones and plans, while balancing priorities and costs.What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years of experience
• Thrive in fast paced startup settings, experience managing high-performance teams
• B2B SaaS experience is a plus
• Have developed enterprise-level applications with a focus on performance, scalability and security
• Ability to contribute - 60% coding as IC + code reviews, 40% planning / hiring / other managerial responsibilities
• Familiar with tech stack: ReactJS, Typescript, AWS (Cognito, SES, DynamoDB, Lambda, Amplify)Libraries: Material UI, Quill, React QueryWhat's In It for You
