You will be responsible for driving marketing strategy and execution on our new business initiatives and play a critical role in scaling zero to one initiatives. This is a cross functional role at the intersection of product marketing, growth acquisition and new product development. If you are passionate about uncovering new opportunities, launching new products/features and scaling them to 10x growth using online acquisition, you will love this role!The right candidate is a self starter who is highly entrepreneurial, has proven growth experience in startups and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Your responsibilities and focus area:

  • Oversee business growth and user acquisition for our new products--
  • Own and execute a test roadmap to identify customer needs and
  • define positioning--
  • Partner with product and sales teams to build/optimize the customer experience
  • Own full funnel acquisition marketing. Develop and scale new channels through rigorous testing across audience, targeting, channel tactics, creative and product experiences--
  • Partner with the creative to test narratives and optimize ROI
  • Provide CRO expertise and work with the digital product team to engage and convert traffic as efficiently as possible (e.g., landing page testing, personalization, etc.)
  • Work with data and analytics teams to deliver dashboards, measurement and provide deeper insights for better decision making
  • Your day to day will include customer development, new user acquisition strategies, growth channels, paid marketing, product funnel optimizations, and more!About you:
    • You are strategic, have a bias towards action and are a self starter.----
    • Team oriented, you can collaborate effectively across functions and inspire action by driving strong alignment and coordination
    • You are data driven, adept at mining data for hidden insights and drive curiosity around the "why" behind the "what".--
    • You are hungry, want to take risks and learn by doingQualifications:
      • 8+ years of experience in new customer development and growth marketing/acquisition
      • Previous growth leadership experience at consumer startup(s) where you have launched products/features and grown acquisition from inception to scale (7 figure/month budgets)
      • In depth understanding and appreciation for lean startup and customer development principles--
      • Proven channel and acquisition expertise at scale, specifically facebook and search
      • You are a full funnel growth marketer and have led/collaborated on building and scaling growth programs across the customer journey - acquisition, conversion and retention.
      • Hands on with data and analysis of engagement and multi channel campaign performance
      • You are highly organized and resourceful, you make things happen.
      • Self-starter. Able to learn quickly, work autonomously, prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
