More about our Strategy & Business Operations Team

The Strategy and Business Operations team is made up of former consultants and investment bankers who are excited to shape company strategy and drive operational excellence.

What we're looking for

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Business Operations, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to help determine strategic priorities, achieve operational excellence, and foster innovation and growth within the Surveys Organization - the largest revenue generating pillar of Momentive. Equal parts strategist, consultant and implementer, you will be a trusted advisor to Surveys leadership.

You will

  • Provide insight into our business by deploying data and research (market, customer, competitors)
  • Navigate multiple time horizons, businesses, and go-to-markets to solve for our business goals
  • Create processes for quarterly and annual strategic planning, OKR/goal setting, business reviews, and prioritization (and implement them)
  • Assess operational health with barometers, dashboards and scorecards that measure performance. Analyze important metrics and identify patterns and trends
  • Identify important business blockers and opportunities; summarize insights and bring recommendations to improve/capitalize
  • Build relationships across the business and influence partners to support recommendations and plan
  • Lead complex strategic and operational projects with partners; guide implementation and delivery of results
  • Be a credible and reliable C-level advisor; prepare and provide materials and analyses to inform decisions

    You have
    • Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or graduate degree recommended
    • 6+ years of work experience; 2+ years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity and 2+ years operating experience in Enterprise SaaS
    • Experience using excel (can perform complex functions), CRM and reporting tools
    • Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
    • Experience building cross-team partnerships and working with senior management
    • Passion for making a significant impact
