Growth Manager, App SUMMARY: Life360 is a Remote First company, which means a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Create, manage, and analyze paid campaigns for channels such as Apple Search Ads, Display, Google Ads and App Networks. Manage ASO strategy and run tests across iOS and Android. Hit monthly spend and ROI goals by following a direct response marketing approach. Seek out, test, and scale new creatives and channels - if you think you can make a creative concept or channel work, we won't stop you. We love pushing for new and exciting initiatives. Provide daily and weekly reports, tracking and analyzing performance. Communicate frequently and proactively with vendors to manage and optimize campaigns for post install KPIs. Share insights with the growth team and throughout the organization and foster a collaborative learning environment. Work cross-functionally with analytics, creative, product and marketing teams. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 3+ years directly managing user acquisition campaigns, preferably for mobile apps. You have outstanding analytical skills (excellent Excel skills is a must) and a data-driven mindset. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Passion for problem-solving and increasing overall performance with a desire to execute daily optimizations.
