Job Description:

Company's mission is to help as many children and families impacted by autism as possible. We are the early intervention leader for kids newly diagnosed with autism, and we are looking for a mission-driven marketing leader who is passionate, creative, and organized. - This person will drive strategic and tactical marketing for our VC backed growth company, and is an effective collaborator with all levels of the organization. - The VP of Marketing will need to effectively manage outside agencies, but there are no direct reports to this position. - The VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with other C-level executives. - Duties and Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing: Drive strategy and execution of our digital marketing effort, managing a budget of ad spending across various digital paid channels (eg, SEM, display, social, etc.). Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget and plan, profit/loss projections, and other data-driven deliverables.
  • Website Management: Manage content on Company's website and lead generation through SEO and keyword strategy. Ability to communicate empathy and warmth through messaging to enhance the relationship with families. Oversee inbound funnel of qualified leads. Oversee social media strategy and implementation.
  • Content Development: Create collateral materials that will inform and connect families and potential team members to Company's mission -
  • Marketing Dashboard: Own the marketing funnel, metrics, and KPI dashboard along the journey from lead generation to paying customers
  • Analytics: Understandkey marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights. -
  • Projects: Lead special projects as a part of our growth initiatives serving as the brand strategy subject matter expertQualifications
    • Mission-driven and possess a passion for helping others -
    • At least 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in a tech-enabled, consumer healthcare organization
    • Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
    • Expertise with Hubspot (or equivalent)
    • Experience with Excel and Google sheets -
    • Data-driven decision-making and analytic capability
    • Excellent organizational skills -
    • Experience balancing strategic leadership with execution discipline and is comfortable being involved in both
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and embrace a growth mindset
    • Experience building stellar customer-facing presentations from the ground up
    • Strong public speaking and presentation skills and ability to generate strong external relationships
    • Proven ability to lead meetings effectively and efficiently
    • Accountable, proactive and thoughtful, with high attention to detail -
    • Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization -
    • Advanced knowledge of current and emerging marketing trends, practices, strategies and technologies
