The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Senior Product Manager is
responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the
product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product
and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working
closely with engineering, marketing, customer success, sales,
support, and clients to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction
goals are met. The Senior Product Manager's job also includes
ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy
and goals. The Senior Product Manager will be accountable for key
parts of our product platform, including a new agent-facing product
supporting thousands of agents, components of our ML platform, as
well as reporting features and partner integrations that support
the platform. The ideal candidate has both B2B and B2C product
experience.
The Skill Set
3-5+ years of hands-on product management experience in an
entrepreneurial setting
Successful track record of launching software products at a SaaS
company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience
working closely with customers
Excellent organizational, time and project management skills
Great product sense, and an ability to incorporate both qualitative
customer insight and quantitative user data to drive product
decisions
Ability to say and define the problem rather than just outlining
the solution
Bonus Points
Experience building for both B2B and B2C
Experience with conversational or messaging products, AI or ML, and
CRM platforms. Experience with contact center and customer support
organizations is a plus
Strong design sense to think through product design decisions and
create intuitive user interfaces
What You'll Do
Define the product strategy and roadmap for your product area and
become an expert on your products
Deliver product requirements with prioritized features and
corresponding justification
Constantly evaluate the impact of your solutions through both
quantitative and qualitative measures
Articulate the problems for the team from research and customer
interviews, and prioritize opportunities for the backlog and
roadmap
Run early access and pilot programs for products in development
Develop a deep understanding of customers, the market and
competition
Work with third party vendors to assess partnership
opportunities
Act as a leader within the company to motivate a group of smart
people to achieve the best work of their career
