for Infrastructure customer success, You will be the advocate for
our internal customer's success. You will build cross-team
technical programs that ensure our infrastructure products best
serve internal customers' needs. You will develop a deep
understanding of our Infrastructure product offerings, and
influence the product roadmap. You will have the unique opportunity
to be an early part of our team. This is a full-time position based
at our headquarters in San Mateo.You are: A technical program
leader with a strong engineering background and 4+ years
experiences in building large scale solutionsProduct management
related experience is desired but not requiredExperienced in
building customer success programsA domain expert in systems
engineering and/or software engineering with demonstrated critical
thinkingExperienced with establishing work relationships across
multi-disciplinary teams Experienced with identifying critical
technical problems and opportunitiesData driven strategic thinker
who is capable of conveying ideas through detailed specsExperienced
with delivering end to end technical programs through effective
roadmapping and reliable executionAble to turn specific solutions
into systems that benefit the larger community in the long runYou
will:Define, build and manage programs that ensure Roblox build
Infrastructure products and services that best serve our internal
customers' needs. This will include collecting customer
requirements and feedback and use them to influence our
infrastructure product roadmap.Build support programs for
infrastructure customers (Roblox engineering teams)Build tech
writing program to ensure all infrastructure product and services
have proper documentationBuild programs that manage the launch,
maintenance, adoption of infrastructure products at different
lifecycle stagesCollect user requirements and drive teams to plan
and ship frameworks, systems, educational components, etcAlign
senior leadership and key stakeholders around program roadmap Own
