Our Partner Enablement Manager will primarily be responsible for supporting the operations of the enablement programs that engage and empower Incorta's expanding services partner ecosystem. This role is critical to ensure that services partners have the information and content needed to generate interest, demand and net new opportunities for Incorta products and associated partner services.
Our Partner Enablement Manager will also support the communications needs of Incorta in various geographic regions and will understand key messages and create and deliver timely, compelling communications content.

  • Recruit new partners and activate partners who have signed agreements, but have not had material success with Incorta
  • Plan for and deliver training and enablement materials to partners, leveraging internal sales and marketing materials for Incorta positioning and solutions.
  • Work with partners to help them with Incorta PoC.
  • Provide partners with product and solutions updates aligned with our product and marketing teams around quarterly releases.
  • Build a sustainable and growing pipeline with our Partners and sellers..
  • Triangulate between Incorta Sales Team, Partners, and Customers to deliver the most optimal solution for our customers using Incorta.
  • Work with partners to build the ecosystem and constant pipeline of trained resources to deliver PoC's and implementations.
  • Understand broader needs of customers and work with partners in building creative solutions using Incorta Platform.
  • Enable Partners with sales messaging & - pre-sales plays.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Report on Business Development metrics and forecast to senior BD and management.
  • Actively use to manage BD process, and set standards for performance metrics.
  • Conduct Partner Sales Enablement sessions for Sales and Pre-sales folks of our strategic partners.


    • At least 2+ years of experience as an Partner Development Manager, Partner Manager, SDR, Sales Engineer, or Account Manager.
    • Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate business problem and present POV.
    • Good understanding of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence core concepts.
    • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
    • Good understanding of - Incorta Platform and SaaS Landscape in Business Intelligence.
    • Passion for Data Warehousing and cloud technologies.
    • Ideal candidates will have a robust understanding of any one large scale ERP (Oracle/SAP/JDEdwards) and ability to articulate business flows.
