Senior Director, PC Planning and StrategyLocation- Must live in
commutable distance to San Mateo and or open to relocationRole
OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for the
strategy and commercial activity within Global Channel sales and
will deliver a single, optimized PC Sales growth and commercial
plan to hub and territory teams to implement. Identifying future
sectors & partnerships for commercial growth. The plan should
support the delivery of the agreed global channel sales critical
metrics.To do this they will lead collaboration with partners such
as CDS leadership, GSBO Hub and territory leadership, global
marketing, WWS, Legal, Corp Strategy, PPM, and other global
commercial partners (e.g. Genba, Epic, Steam).The candidate will
need to be flexible and open to evolving roles and responsibilities
aligned to the changing needs of this business unit as it grows and
expands.ResponsibilitiesLead PC growth and commercial
strategyGrowing PC MAU for PC contentDevelop and implement global
PC store strategy and processLiaising with all relevant
collaborators to agree activity (WWS, Marketing and GSBO
strategy)Ensure activity supports delivery of relevant important
metricsDeliver PC budget and all revenue targetsWork with hub and
territory teams to ensure delivery of activity plan and growth
within regionsEnsure activity plan meets the needs of our
playersBuild and grow global commercial PC partner opportunities
(Telco)GSBO PC growth, strategy, and sales execution though global
PC store fronts (Epic, Steam)Identify promotional and incremental
sales opportunities via data-driven insights and develop
go-to-market plans in partnership with MarketingSome domestic
and/or international travel may be required.Required
Experiences/SkillsBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
experienceConsistent track record in growing a successful ecommerce
business with experience in both strategy development and
operational executionAmbitious, with high tolerance for ambiguity
and complexity, and efficient with limited resourcesOutstanding
leader and collaborative standout colleague in a highly agile and
fast-paced environmentAbility and desire to build positive
relationships and collaborate at all levels of the
organizationDirector level global commercial operator either in
marketing with commercial experience or vice-versaConfident, able
to demonstrate impact across multiple teams in complex
projectsStrong communicator, comfortable with senior interaction,
challenge and debateExtensive track record of using data to
influence and advise decisionsProficiency in Microsoft Office
