Associate Fieldwork Support ManagerIQVIA is a leading global

bright, motivated candidates for a full-time Associate Fieldwork
Support ManagerThe Field Operations position is responsible for
successfully fielding market research projects in a time-sensitive
environment. The position's primary responsibility is leading the
successful fielding of a market research project. This includes
managing and matching client target lists against our large
healthcare professional (HCP) panel, inviting HCPs to participate
in quantitative online survey as well as qualitative telephone or
in-person interviews, monitoring project status and quotas,
managing daily communication and progress of vendor partners,
proactively developing strategies and tactics to ensure the
successful completion of the data collection phase within budget,
and actively collaborating and communicating with the internal
client facing team. - The ideal candidate will be highly organized
with strong project management skills, analytically minded, able
and driven to problem solve, and detail oriented.Candidates with
experience in relational database structures and queries are
strongly encouraged to apply.Fielding Strategy for Market Research
ProjectsConduct client target list matches by matching client
supplied lists against an internal proprietary panel of physicians
and healthcare professionalsDetermine sample/project feasibility
based on list match results (or internal panel counts), fielding
statistics, and type of research being conductedProvide overall
fielding strategy based on project requirements and
timelinesContribute to growth of panel of physicians and HCPs in
support of client projects and initiativesProactively learn and use
IQVIA's secondary data assets to drive fielding decisions and
panelist experienceManagement of Fielding for ProjectsSet-up and
launch healthcare professional surveysAnalyze field progress daily
and provide actionable project status updatesProactively develop
strategies to solve recruitment and quota challengesCommunicate and
work closely with the internal client facing team to stay on
timelineAs needed, manage vendor partners that provide supplemental
sampleManage fieldwork costs to a pre-planned budgetRequired
Knowledge/Skill Set:Extremely proficient in Excel.Solid knowledge
of Oracle SQL or MySQL relational databases and SQL programming
language (Competency testing required)Experience working in either
project management, fielding operations, or a similar position in
the fieldwork or market research services spaceExcellent
communication skills both oral and written and the ability to
communicate back difficult/sensitive information in a tactful,
measured mannerStrong problem-solving skills using a systematic
approach using available data, operational knowledge and critical
thinking skillsProject management experience involving concurrent
projects on tight deadlines, a plusAbility to communicate project
risks/concerns to management, and set expectationsKnowledge of the
market research process and/or healthcare landscape
helpfulEducation/Experience:BS or equivalent in computer science or
a related discipline2-3 years of work experience in market
research, fielding operations, or fieldwork service
