DescriptionFreshworks is looking for a passionate, mildly obsessive
Associate Creative Director to help strategize, concept and oversee
the execution of our global campaign and video efforts. You'll use
your impressive art direction and design background to establish
and guide best practices for our in-house team of 20+ designers,
animators and video editors while collaborating with internal
stakeholders and external production partners alike to evolve and
refine our creative approach. As a leader on the Global Brand
Marketing team, you'll have a tremendous impact across the business
by defining the visual expression for our brand through campaigns
and video storytelling. The ideal candidate will have experience
helping global companies develop both conceptual frameworks and
visual systems that unify and amplify their brand. -This role
requires someone with conceptual chops and extensive production
experience, having created content across channels-from low-budget,
quick-turnaround social posts to large-scale, globally-shot branded
films. This person will work closely with our creative directors to
establish and maintain high creative standards and then serve as
that standard-bearer with internal teams across Brand Strategy,
Digital & Web Experience, Growth & Product Marketing, Employer
Brand, Social, PR, and Events.Qualifications7+ years art direction
or design experience with a creative agency, design studio, media
company and/or in-house marketing department.Deep portfolio of both
channel-agnostic, conceptual thinking as well as impeccably crafted
execution across mediums. -Experience developing visual systems for
brands, especially for motion/video.Working knowledge of production
techniques, including live-action film, 2D/3D animation, editing,
motion graphics, photography, VFX, web/UI animation, VR, AR and
other new/emerging platforms and technologies.Proficient with Adobe
CC, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Miro, Keynote, PowerPoint, Google
WorkspaceBroad experience in producing a wide variety of audio and
video content, including broadcast and digital advertising, social
media, demo videos, events, interviews, podcasts, thought
leadership, webinars and other branded content from development
through production.At least 3+ years experience managing a creative
team. -Strong problem-solving skills with attention to
detail.Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive
relationships.Ability to build rapport easily with diverse
people.Able to thrive working cross-functionally in complex
organizations, collaborating tightly with counterparts across
Marketing.Additional Skills Desired:Proven ability to thrive in a
deadline-driven, fast-paced environment and be highly organized and
detail-oriented.Excellent communication and presentation
skills.Experience working with and managing a remote
team.Comfortable receiving and delivering constructive
feedback.Intellectually curious. Ability to think big - constantly
pushing boundaries and elevating the expectations of what's
possible.A blend of both B2B and B2C marketing experience is highly
