What we're looking forWe are looking for an experienced Demand Generation leader to join us in our mission to develop winning go-to-market strategies for our agile experience management solutions. You have a passion for creating marketing strategies and have specific expertise in developing demand generation campaigns focused on expansion (cross-sell and up-sell), account-based marketing (ABM), and other strategic goals. You are an out-of-the-box thinker, who takes a data-driven approach to designing holistic plans and campaigns to lead impact with priority targets for the business.Reporting to the Head of Global Demand Generation, the Senior Manager, Demand Generation will lead a new group within Demand Generation focused on ABM and expansion strategies, and work closely with a broader cross-functional team working on parallel projects. This is an excellent, highly-visible opportunity for Marketing leaders with strategic expertise to influence the trajectory of the business at large.You will

  • Design expansion and ABM strategies from the Demand Generation perspective to meet revenue targets
  • Understand our customers and the reasons they buy, and use the insights to build end-to-end marketing programs to reach current clients and target prospects through multi-channel campaigns, including content, email, paid channels, the web, and events
  • Work with Sales and cross-functional business leaders to orchestrate a comprehensive, targeted approach to reach priority net new buyers and high-value customers
  • Manage the Strategic Projects team with Demand Generation and work with them to achieve established ABM and expansion-focused marketing plans that align with high-level goals
  • Work with Marketing Analytics to use key metrics to inform strategies, and to report on Goals and provide analyses on funnel and campaign insightsYou have
    • 5+ years in Demand Generation or a revenue-driving Marketing function
    • Experience designing and executing ABM and/or expansion strategies
    • Experience as a people manager emphasizing high impact activities, inspiring teams, and keeping complicated projects moving forward
    • Experience partnering with Sales leadership
    • Experience with analytics and data-driven marketing
    • Experience with Martech solutions including Hubspot and Salesforce (or equivalent)
    • Comfortable working with and presenting to C-level executives
