AdsWizz is a global company with a presence in over 40 countries.How you'll make an impact:We're looking for a Senior Account Manager -who is passionate about the ever-changing digital audio and podcast advertising space, has a strong operational and business development skillset, and amazing attention to detail. You'll thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for operational improvement, are a great multi-tasker and have the ability to work across multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. Above all, you're keen to make an impact from day one and be a key player in developing and growing the AdsWizz Americas publisher supply business.This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, fast-paced business and play an active role supporting the strategic path for AdsWizz. This position is based in San Mateo, CA or within the US, and involves regular travel. The role reports to the VP of Strategic Partnerships, North America.What you'll do: Work side-by-side with the business development team to manage and grow our existing publisher relationships:--- Become an expert on the AdsWizz supply side platform while understanding its unique position and the value it brings to our supply partners.--- Be a product liaison covering roadmap, releases and evangelize new innovative formats.--- Assist the business development team in communicating the company's value proposition to AdsWizz supply partners.--- Provide end-to-end customer service for all partner needs including the preparation, organization and presentation of regular partner business reviews.--- Manage general and specialized partner projects; including publisher set up, billing inquiries, contractual amendments, account requests, and feature/product go to market strategy as well as adoption by our partners.--- Contribute to internal product development planning.--- Liaising with Technical Support, Solutions Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Legal, Sales & Finance teams across the globe to ensure quick resolution of any issues.--- Working side by side with the team to communicate and deliver value propositions effectively.What you'll need:--- BA/BS or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree preferred.--- 5+ years of related Account/Partner Services, Technical Consulting and/or Sales Engineering experience in advertising technology.--- Strong understanding, interest and passion of digital media advertising and programmatic is a must.--- 2+ years of involvement with VAST, OpenRTB, and verification/measurement vendors.--- Understanding of SDKs and ad format (i.e. audio; video) encoding a plus.--- Experience with platforms involved in the direct sales and programmatic ecosystem (i.e. SSPs, DSPs; ad servers).--- Passion and enthusiasm: willing to take initiative and do every day what it takes to get the job done.--- A professional and positive demeanor and ability to effectively communicate and coordinate efforts as part of a team across a large organization (both internally or externally) to achieve key deliverables.--- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.--- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.--- Outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), PowerPoint (MS PP) and CRM systems.--- Ability to think intuitively and creatively.--- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask, in a fast-paced environment.--- Must have legal right to work in the U.S. R-2022-09-135
