The Assistant Business Relationship Manager provides support to the Business Relationship Manager. They work closely with the business relationship Manager to plan, coordinate, and host events, perform relationship and network-building activities, and create ways to bring new relationships and partners to Care Indeed. Building priority lists, advancing relationships, tracking personal activity effectively, and completing all the other necessary steps of successful referral marketing as outlined by the Business Development Process.

*III. Education and Experience*

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Experience Required: 3 years in client relations and/or sales, preferably in a healthcare setting

Additional Requirements:

* Availability during and after normal hours of operation for scheduled events
* Familiarity with Zoom/ video conferencing, social media platforms, and Google products
* Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
* Strong team player
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work, balanced by a down-to-earth approach
* Deep emotional intelligence and a personal commitment to always doing the right thing

Preferred:

* Knowledge of Home Care Organization Standards and Procedures
* Experience in sales and/or marketing
* Comfort in Clear Care, Salesforce, ADP
* Fluency in languages other than English

*IV. Work Hours*

* Typical work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional after-hours availability is required

*V. Duties and Responsibilities*

In support of, and under the direction of, the Business Relationship Manager, this role is responsible for:

EVENT COORDINATION & ATTENDANCE

* Plan, coordinated, and scheduled outreach events under the direction of the B2B Team lead
* Attend networking events with the goal of building relationships and promoting Care Indeed
* Set up/Take down hosted events

SALES ACTIVITY

* Seek out new potential B2B business partners. Build sales presentations to partners and the community
* Build and maintain referral relationships, acquire new clients and ensure overall satisfaction with

Care Indeed services.

* Ensure the satisfaction of the referral sources worked with to generate ongoing, long-term business
* Provide active relationship management when needed for existing referral cases - this may include home visits, referral meetings, family meetings, and more
* Provide after-hours support for referral partners, prospective clients, and active clients (incl. evenings and weekends) - this support may include e-mail, telephone, and/or home/facility visits
* Collect the contact information of potential leads. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads. Liaise between the referral source, customer, and internal team; navigate and drive synergy between each of these key contacts
* Coordinate with local teams any feedback to ensure the provision of high-quality service.
* Advocate and promote Care Indeed in the community

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
