You will help build relationships and promote an environment that best positions Roblox for the future across the U.S. and with our partners globally. You will work internally and externally with a mastery of Roblox's policies and philosophies to advocate firstly on behalf of the Roblox community, and also on behalf of our product and engineering teams and its business.You have experience working with policymakers on both sides of the aisle - we want to build a team where diversity of thought is paramount. You have an excellent EQ, and will work collaboratively with all company partners. You're comfortable identifying policy issues, solving those issues, and bringing improved products to our players and creators. You are passionate about the community we serve, and the policy issues we need to address, including child safety, developers, small businesses, platforms and user generated content, and more. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
