LUCRATIVE COMPENSATION WITH EARNING POTENTIAL UP TO $100,000.00 OR MOREPAID TIME OFF -ACCESS TO FIVE STAR RATED FACILITY -STUDIO MANAGER HIGHLIGHTS: -The Studio Manager and Assistant Managers are the heart and soul of the business. Most of your day will be spent managing client schedules and communicating with clients and trainers. We are looking for someone who loves customer service and loves helping people. In this role, you will see many people lose weight, regain health and confidence, and recover from injury. DUTIES:

Calling leads and scheduling consultations for the trainersScheduling - manage the calendar of client appointments. This is the bulk of how your day will function. -Interview, hire, train, and develop new staff membersIndependently make decisions related to high-level customer service, including interfacing with clients regularlyWork closely with google sheets, looking at client milestones and sending clients flowersManaging Holly's personal calendar along with the business calendarEngage in accounting efforts, including collecting outstanding payments, updating client credit cardsEnforce studio policies and proceduresAssist studio owners in email correspondence, admin duties, etc.Ensuring trainers are on timeKeep the studio organized and cleanHelp write newsletters and marketing materialsPost on social media to increase engagementAny other duties as assignedKEY REQUIREMENTS:

This role is entirely trainable. However, the ideal candidate would possess a passion for all things fitness, health, and wellnessMust have experience in customer serviceAbility to work weekends if neededAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio ownerExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email.Ability to excel in a start-up environment.Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.Solid writing and grammar skills.Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.Proficiency with computersABOUT HOLLY ROSER: -Holly -Roser -is a Certified Personal Trainer and Television Fitness Expert in San Francisco and NYC.
