Essential Functions
- Drive product operational readiness by identifying business
processes that need to be established, work with the respective
cross functional teams to design and establish the processes
- Responsible for GA readiness of portfolio products
- Responsible for operationalization of pilots for new
solutions
- Responsible for successful new market entries for existing
products
- Define RACI and optimize engagement and processes between
global product, regions and partner functions
- Program manage large scale initiatives and product
deployments
- Support the product team by utilizing data analytics in support
of growing business and deepening relationships.
- Extensive collaboration and teamwork with key internal Visa
partners including to execute sales plans and strategies.
- Review and understand customer service, and integration
processes and work with the teams to establish the support
structure for country launches
- Establish processes pertaining to Visa rules for the product,
and work with rules, and legal teams to publish the rules for the
product area as necessary This is a hybrid position. Hybrid
employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3
set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general
guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on
business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor
Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
(e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a
PhD
- Worked on front end user experience in ecommerce or other
related creative user experience environments
- Experience with all GTM strategy, planning and execution
- Deep background in payments, BNPL payments, and product
management with a proven record of scaling products a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor
Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
(e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a
PhD
- Demonstrated capability to understand and operationalize
complex technical products
- Customer champion with a proven track record of developing and
executing a product vision for successful products based on deep
understanding of customer needs
- Proven leadership capabilities including strong thought
leadership, effective decision making, and ability to drive for
results
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all
levels of the organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on client
success. Comfortable making decisions with limited data,
structuring abstract problem statements and defining solution path
for execution
- Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think
creatively and identify newways to innovate. Demonstrated passion

Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This
position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical
Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk,
communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard

this position is 147,700.00 to 192,000.00 USD, which may include
potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary
depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge,
skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be
