This role involves making sales contact, researching customer needs, and overseeing the logistics of sales projects. The Senior Project Manager must develop and maintain professional communications with co-workers and clients. Strong initiative, effective communication, and a focus on client satisfaction are key to success. • Sales Initiative: Make sales contacts and follow-up on sales leads with new and existing customers.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Sales Development: Make sales contacts, research customer needs, and follow up on leads to drive revenue growth.
• Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed established revenue and profit targets.
• Client Meetings: Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and respond to team members and client inquiries.
• Sales Management: Provide estimates and proposals on needed projects.
• Procurement: Procure necessary materials and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Sales Management: Oversee projects and obtain all permits.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure smooth execution.
• Cost Management: Maintain accurate cost control and projections for all projects.
• Procedural Adherence: Follow and uphold established Air Systems Project Management procedures.Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree.
  • 5-7 Years experience as a Project Manager in the industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Well-developed sales process and sales skills.
