Job Description:

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage operations at SFO. The Operations Manager will develop, recommend, and implement programs, systems, and procedures to ensure that the facilities operations are efficient and profitable, maintaining the company's reputation for servicing clients and customers with professionalism and setting the standard of excellence in facilities management.
Pay:
$70,000.00/Annual
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data alignment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as a communications interface between regional and corporate management and clients, fostering a positive work environment where employees understand client needs and operate as a team to deliver high-quality service.
  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of locations in the assigned area, including developing budgets, reviewing data, and recommending operational improvements.
  • Manage the financial performance of each Business Unit, overseeing expenses, analyzing performance, and implementing marketing and customer service programs.
  • Develop and manage management personnel, ensuring motivation, clarity of expectations, and contribution to company success.
  • Ensure staffing aligns with manpower and succession plans through recruitment and staffing activities, including hiring, transfers, promotions, and demotions with managerial approval.
  • Manage employee performance, including evaluations, development plans, coaching, training, and resolving performance issues lawfully and properly documented.
  • Develop and oversee the operations manual, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and safety standards through regular inspections and audits.
  • Implement safety procedures in line with OSHA laws, including training, hazard reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Assist with special projects and other management duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 2-3 years of proven operations management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must meet all requirements for airport badge eligibility.
