We are a close-knit team of Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who share a commitment to bridging gaps, delivering neurodivergent affirming care, and providing the "why" behind our treatments and interventions. We serve families at our two San Carlos clinics, which serve as hubs for 1:1 sessions and engaging social groups, and also provide school-based services that extend across the Bay Area.

Role: School-Based Occupational Therapist

Location: Millbrae School District

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

In addition to direct service minutes, the hours above include ample time for essential tasks such as documentation, IEP preparation, consultations, and material preparation.

Responsibilities:
--- Evaluations and needs assessments
--- Screenings and re-evaluations
--- Consultation and education for staff and related providers
--- Direct service minutes
--- Teacher and staff trainings
--- Observations
--- Material prep
--- IEP Attendance and prep
--- Group therapy as determined as appropriate

Qualifications:
--- Valid California Occupational Therapy License by the California Board of Occupational Therapy
--- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, and/or successful graduation and degree from an accredited OT program that is recognized by NBCOT.
--- Up to date Registration through the National Board of Occupational Therapy.
--- Good written communication skills
--- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
--- Strong interpersonal skills
