Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: San Mateo, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,717 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in San Mateo, California, 94401! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an inpatient PACU RN and/or 2 years of experience in an outpatient surgical setting. License: - Valid RN Licensure Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS - PALS Must-Have: - Ability to work in pre-op, PACU, and post-op areas - Experience with adult and pediatric patients Description: Accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care. Responsibilities include direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care in an acute patient setting. This role requires flexibility in working variable shifts with start times between 0600 and 0930. No weekend or on-call shifts are required, but candidates must be able to stay late if discharge criteria are not met. Experience with specific charting systems is preferred.
