Regional Float Pool - Full-Time - Night Shifts The Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) within our Regional Float Pool delivers
nursing care across various hospital facilities in the St. Louis
area. This role encompasses multiple units, including Med/Surg,
ICU, and the Emergency Department. Candidates must possess a valid
LPN license, relevant clinical certifications, and recent
experience in bedside nursing. This full-time position involves
night shifts and comes with a comprehensive benefits package,

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 No Contract Required Base Pay: Based on
Experience PLUS Regional Float Pool Perks AND Shift Differentials:
$2.75 for Evenings, $3.75 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends Benefits:

Qualifications: Required Education: Graduation from an accredited
practical nursing program Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a
current LPN license in the state of practice, fulfilling all State
Board of Nursing requirements Experience: At least one year of
recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg roles For other
specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent
bedside LPN experience is required. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Epic software Certifications (Required to Start):
For Med/Surg: BLS For Critical Care: BLS, ACLS For Emergency
Department: BLS, ACLS, & PALS IV certification is mandatory
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift;
significant bending, stooping, and lifting/turning patients with
