working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in
San Francisco, California, 94158! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years of
Labor and Delivery RN experience, including at least 1 year of
recent experience. License: Valid RN license required.
Certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRPA.
Must-Have: - Ability to circulate C-sections. - Experience with
high-risk antepartum patients. - Ability to float to other
facilities. - Previous travel assignment experience. - Charge
experience preferred. Description: This role requires a skilled
registered nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. Candidates
must have experience with both straightforward and high-acuity
patients with various co-morbidities. The nurse will provide care
to patients, including those who are homebirth transfers or without
prenatal care. Responsibilities include performing sterile vaginal
exams, managing central lines, administering various therapies, and
assisting in deliveries. Additional duties involve postpartum care,
wound assessment, and handling complications such as postpartum
hemorrhage and pregnancy-induced hypertension. The nurse will work
in a supportive interdisciplinary environment, adhering to staffing
guidelines. Flexibility to float between departments and facilities
may be necessary. Candidates must possess a strong commitment to
patient care and safety, as well as the ability to manage complex
cases effectively. Proof of COVID vaccination and booster is
required. Prior travel experience and teaching hospital experience
