Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity seeks an experienced Speech and Language Pathologist to
provide in-person services at a Regional Preschool Special
Education School serving children ages 3 to 5. The role is
full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The
caseload includes approximately 50 students, and you will
collaborate closely with two other SLP professionals. The contract
begins immediately and extends through the 2025-2026 school year,
with a strong likelihood of continuing through the 2026-2027 school
year. Qualifications: Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in
California Experience working with preschool-age children in a
special education setting Ability to manage a caseload of
approximately 50 students Strong teamwork and communication skills
to work alongside other SLPs Location: Gilroy, California
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and
develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services to
students with diverse communication needs Monitor and document
student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student success Participate in
regular team meetings and contribute to program development

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53.
