Job Description:
MindPath Care Centers, a part of Community Psychiatry, is
seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team in
delivering high-quality mental health services. Our focus at
MindPath revolves around personalized therapy and medication
management, aimed at supporting the well-being and mental health of
our patients. This role involves direct clinical work with clients,
including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy. Our
therapists work closely with medical professionals to tailor
treatments to individual needs, reflecting our commitment to
personalized care. Conduct psychological assessments and develop
comprehensive treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and
family therapy sessions. Collaborate with psychiatrists and other
healthcare professionals to optimize treatment strategies.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to review treatment plans
and progress. Stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices
and protocols. Ensure all patient records are kept confidential and
comply with applicable laws and regulations. Strong proficiency in
various therapeutic techniques and modalities Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Strong
organizational and time-management skills Experience with
Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed as an LPC,
LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent. Any additional certification in a
specialized area of mental health therapy is a plus.
