Physical Therapist Location: Novato, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,875 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent relevant experience License: PT - Physical Therapist Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Must-Have: Valid Driver's License Class C Automobile Insurance Description: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school. Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Possesses interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities, and teamwork capabilities. Demonstrates knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements. Able to work independently with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Should be adept at organizing multiple priorities while completing work duties within expected timelines. Proficiency in computer and required technology is essential. Keeps abreast of professional practice development and advancement. Ability to teach and educate others as well as public speaking. Develops training materials and competency assessments. Creates treatment protocols and applies evidence-based practice information to clinical practice. Analyzes data from multiple sources to identify clinical practice and workflow best practices. Must be capable of complex problem solving within and outside of the department. Physical activities and requirements must be met as specified in job requirements. Daily patient census is approximately 5, with 5 visits per day. Works with adult and geriatric patient age groups.
