Description: The Dialysis Registered Nurse provides care to
patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The RN will be responsible
for assessing patient needs and monitoring their conditions during
treatment. Key responsibilities include administering medications,
managing dialysis equipment, and ensuring patient safety. The
candidate must be skilled in acute care inpatient dialysis and be
able to perform critical tasks related to dialysis procedures.
Knowledge of hemodialysis, vascular access care, and management of
anticoagulation is essential. The RN must demonstrate strong skills
in patient monitoring and emergency response, including CPR and
airway management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are
necessary to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide
quality patient care. Flexible availability for on-call shifts is
required, as well as the ability to work weekends. Candidates must
have the ability to manage unexpected situations related to patient
