active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy

qualifications will not be considered. A school-based physical
therapist position is available on a part-time contract basis in
Middletown, NY. This role involves providing specialized
therapeutic support to students within the school setting, helping
them improve mobility and participate fully in educational
activities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services
tailored to students individual needs Collaborate with educational
staff and families to develop and implement therapy plans Conduct
assessments and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as
necessary Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance
with school and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings
and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success
Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Physical Therapist with
current credentials to practice in the state Experience working in
school settings preferred Strong communication skills for
interaction with children, families, and school staff Ability to
work independently and manage scheduled therapy sessions
efficiently Schedule and Location: Part-time position, 16 hours per
week Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Position based in
