Job Description Urology Physician Position – Santa Rosa, California We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist with specialized expertise in female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction to join our esteemed team at Providence Medical Group - Santa Rosa Urology. Position Overview: Clinic Location: Conveniently situated across from the hospital, providing easy access for patients and staff. Focus Areas: Specialization in female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction procedures. Schedule: Full-time outpatient practice with shared call responsibilities. Call Expectations: Approximately 7-10 days per month, primarily beeper call. During weekday work hours (7:00 am to 5:00 pm), providers are onsite. After hours and on weekends, providers may be called back to the hospital approximately 3-5 times weekly. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive urological care, emphasizing female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Participate in clinic activities, consultations, and follow-ups. Engage in ongoing quality improvement and professional development initiatives. Maintain adherence to all clinical protocols and standards of care. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) with active licensure to practice in California. Board certification or eligibility in Urology. Experience or specialized training in female urology and pelvic floor reconstructive procedures preferred. Candidates willing to pursue California medical licensure are encouraged to apply.
