Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Walnut Creek, CA Agency: Job.com LLC Pay: $3,100 to $3,200 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Walnut Creek, CA Agency: Job.com Pay: $3,200 to $3,300 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position This busy ED averages 190–200 patients/day with a fast-paced discharge flow. Nurses may triage ambulance patients at bedside and occasionally hold admissions. Expect a high-acuity, high-turnover environment that values patient satisfaction, critical thinking, and nursing excellence. This team is seeking professionals who perform well under pressure and thrive in a setting where quality care and communication truly matter. Requirements Active CA RN license BLS & ACLS (AHA) required PALS (AHA) or ENPC, NIHSS 2 years of recent ER experience Prior travel and EPIC EMR experience required Strongly preferred: CEN, TNCC, Trauma & Peds background
