we do together. YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT We are looking for a highly
engaged, resourceful, and innovative Recruiter to join our
Recruitment team. This position will focus on growing the
Prometheus talent pipeline by creating and managing job postings,
sourcing candidates, and streamlining the recruitment and hiring
process, interviewing, and assisting with the on-boarding of new
hires. The Recruiter will play a key role in the following:
- Full cycle Recruiting Process: You are the first point of
contact for assigned open roles and are responsible for job
postings, screening candidates, overseeing the interviewing and
selection process, and establishing best practices. You will be
responsible for finding creative ways to attract quality You'll be
focused on efficiency and know how to leverage tools and create
resources to help support our teams. You are not afraid to break
norms, create new things, and think differently. In fact, it's kind
of what you are known for.
- Recruitment Strategy: A key competency for this position,
you'll use data and analytics to help drive our current recruiting
strategy and make recommendations in improving our processes.
You're comfortable with your ability to identify bottlenecks as
well as opportunities while also creating scalable solutions for
our recruitment pipeline. In addition, you will be involved in the
talent acquisition and succession planning process, applying your
expertise where needed. Big picture thinking — you know how the
little details impact the big picture, and can adjust the former to
impact that latter.
- Advising on Talent: This role partners with our recruitment
team in oversight of all staffing vacancies and is responsible for
the upkeep and management of our ATS (Greenhouse), social media
resources and manages our referral program. As a partner for our
Operations team, this role advises on candidate and position status
in weekly meetings and is the subject matter expert on the talent
landscape in our markets (Bay Area, Portland, Seattle). You are
also effective in driving change in areas like talent assessment,
hiring best practices, compensation & candidate experience with the
ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and purpose driven company,
focused on brand distinction andMORE ABOUT YOU:You're passionate
about the candidate experience. You work closely with our
recruiting team– from job posting to onboarding- and want to create
a memorable experience for our applicants (even those that don't
get offers). In this role you continuously evaluate the
effectiveness of our recruiting efforts and bring new ideas and
resources to the table, whether it is rewriting candidate
communications or establishing new partnerships with external
recruiting sources.
- You're a strategic thinker that likes to come up with
innovative solutions. You will excel at knowing the needs of the
business and identifying the best path to achieve our goals.
- You believe that relationships matter. Your top priority is
building trust with your hiring managers and taking the time to
learn and understand their hiring With the Field teams, it is
understanding the unique needs of each property while for Home
Office or Commercial it is understanding team talent gaps and being
skilled at identifying the key talent for the role. Here at

this position is to be able to quickly establish rapport with teams
and be a trusted advisor. Here's more of the nitty-gritty:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication,
Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a full-cycle Recruiter in a
fast-paced and high-volume
- Proficient in utilizing Greenhouse ATS as a recruiter (or other
ATS experience as applicable)
- Excellent project management skills, and the ability to
collaborate across groups
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from
groups of managers, clients, residents, and the general
public.
- Must possess basic computational skills; add, subtract, divide,
and multiply. Must have the ability to compute rate, discounts,
interest, and commissions. Must be able to prepare and analyze data
figures and transcriptions generated by a computer. COMPENSATION
