Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field,
or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in
program management. Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience
managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Understanding of
the areas of opportunity and metrics/issues in utilization and
efficiency of the infrastructure. Excellent program management
skills, with the ability to successfully drive and land
cross-functional programs, in the area of compute, storage, and ML
hardware/software resource efficiency programs for the data center.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills,
with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical
audiences Excellent problem-solving, and organizational skills.

technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects

and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the

and much more. The US base salary range for this full-time position
is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Lead large programs focused on efficiency and
metrics that deliver measurable impact, ensuring the efficient use
of resources across the Google fleet to meet 2030 sustainability
goals. Develop processes and tools, in partnership with Engineering
and Data Science teams, to measure top-level metrics for the
portfolio of efficiency and sustainability initiatives in AI2.
Partner with Finance and key stakeholders to build auditable
mechanisms that track and report company-level impact, scaling
existing processes.
