At GXO Logistics, we are seeking a Lead Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance operational efficiency and improve client services. This role involves managing logistics operations, optimising supply chain processes, and leading a team dedicated to excellence in logistics and procurement. With a focus on innovation and technology, our ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives to advance our global supply chain solutions. Oversee daily logistics and procurement operations ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness Implement and monitor supply chain strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs Lead, mentor, and manage supply chain staff Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve supply chain challenges Utilize technology to improve logistics processes Strong leadership and management skills Proficiency in supply chain management software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and negotiation skills Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
