Job Description Job Description Salary: $20 - $26 Hourly Summary Responsible for but not limited to operating assigned machinery. Operator ensures that the machine runs smoothly and is appropriately maintained. The essential role of a CNC operator is to operate CNC machines, load and unload raw materials or partially finished goods, inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use drawings (blueprint), specs and instructions to operate CNC Machinery. Maintain or exceed job production standard. Sustain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment. Responsible for the general maintenance and clean-up of the shop. Organize materials, hardware, and tooling. Perform other job-related duties. Qualifications and Skills Must be able up to lift 50 lbs. Basic math and writing skills. Excellent communication skills Ability to read, understand and follow instructions. Ability to read measuring tools and equipment. Education / Experience Operating CNC machines with at least 3-5 years experience. High School diploma or GED Measurement tools and blueprint experience preferred.
