Sr. Manager/Director, QA and Test Engineering (Multiple Locations) Evidation measures health in everyday life and enables anyone to participate in groundbreaking research and health programs. We are looking for a Senior QA leader passionate about automation, building high performing teams and driving a culture of quality through the Engineering organization. Experience with testing mobile apps, backend APIs and web front end as well as the variety tools and strategies needed to support these tests is essential. More than a set of skills, we are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, great at communicating, and is always willing to learn. RESPONSIBILITIES Create a culture of transparency, ownership, collaboration, accountability and quality

Build a high-performing team and lead the team to embrace new ideas that produce outstanding results for customers

Apply your understanding of Test Automation and software engineering best practices to influence design and implementation approaches and solutions

Develop strong cross-functional relationships with partners and stakeholders across the business

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities with the product management and development teams

Improve manual tests, automated tests, frameworks and tools to meet best practices and standards

Design, create and maintain reusable and representative test data to support test designs

Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps and Release Management to make sure we deliver high quality products.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications:

Familiarity with agile software development processes

10+ years working in software development

7+ years experience with test management and test automation tools

Strong communication and management skills

U ndergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related technical field

Ability to dive into technical details, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
