Project Ronin is developing an end-to-end cancer care platform that helps doctors and patients make better-informed decisions about treatment. Our platform captures and surfaces all the relevant information clinicians need to assess the available options, trade offs, and risks and take evidence-based, decisive action.

Project Ronin's proprietary predictive models are embedded into the clinical workflow and used to guide treatment selection as well as to help oncologists and patients understand what their treatment outcomes are most likely to be over time. By helping doctors and patients make better-informed, individualized decisions about cancer care, Ronin can dramatically improve outcomes and help people live longer and better lives. The company founded by Dave Hodgson, one of the world's leading architects of technology for doctors and patients; renowned cancer expert Dr. David Agus; serial health entrepreneur Rowan Chapman, PhD; and tech visionary Larry Ellison.

Project Ronin is looking for a VP of Business Development to lead our go-to-market strategy and grow our partnerships with health systems.

What You Will Do:

* Help us take our innovative new minimum viable products (MVP) to market

* Test the product-market fit and represent the "voice of the customer" to inform and update our product roadmap

* Lead and execute go-to-market strategy

* Develop a robust health system pipeline and manage all aspects of the customer development lifecycle - from initial conversation to partnership close

* Collaborate with product marketing team to develop marketing strategy and to tailor messaging, presentations and collateral for each stakeholder conversation

* Establish sales function long term

* Become an expert in our products, customers, use cases, competitors, and the markets we serve

Your Experience Includes:

* 7+ years in healthcare sales

* Demonstrated ability to understand the healthcare buying process and to close complex B2B partnership deals with health systems

* A well developed network of health system connections, preferably with oncology focus

* Track record of building trusted relationships with healthcare decision makers

* Comfort navigating ambiguity of a fast-paced startup - ability to innovate and solve problems creatively

* Proven ability to communicate effectively and adaptively with executive audiences

* Alignment with our mission-driven organization
