We are seeking a Senior Product Designer that can help us build out the future of software delivery. In this role you will: --- Be the champion for the user, informed by extensive research and direct conversations with customers--- Deeply understand and translate our customer's needs and data insights into delightful and thoughtful solutions--- Collaborate with product managers and developers to craft hypotheses, design experiments--- Create design flows, customer journey maps, wireframes and other tools to guide the product development process--- Design high-fidelity interfaces and interactions that refine and extend wireframes and functional specifications--- Use prototyping and usability testing to inform and validate designs--- Identify and influence the prioritization of UX debt--- Drive continual progress towards a cohesive, delightful experience through iterative improvements--- Publish blog posts and give conference talks about your work at Armory--- Play a key role in building design culture at ArmoryDoes the following describe you? --- Empathy for customers and a passion for design and usability--- Experience with developer-centric and/or operator UX/UI--- 3+ years of experience designing UX/UI at a B2B SaaS company--- Expertise in designing complex user application as demonstrated in a strong portfolio--- Can iterate with low-fidelity sketches of workflows and translate those into beautiful high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, InVision, or others--- Ability to adapt your tools and processes for the velocity of a fast-paced startup where projects have varying requirement levels--- Ability to proactively give maintenance to the design system when thinking about how new concepts impact the whole product--- Ability to work autonomously and within a team--- Experience working remotely with globally distributed teamsHave these skills as well, even better! --- Experience building and implementing design systems--- Experience with Angular, React, or other JS frameworks--- Experience working on or leading a product redesign--- Experience with open-sourceWhy join Armory?
