The suite includes Freshdesk (omnichannel customer support), Freshsales (sales automation), Freshmarketer (marketing automation), Freshservice (IT service desk), Freshteam (HR management system).Your Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growthCreate and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territoryResearch and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accountsEvangelize Freshworks with passion and energyAchieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed businessInitiate, develop and maintain executive level relationships and drive sales activities with key customersUnderstand target customers business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate Freshworks' value proposition at the executive levelAssist and close complex transactions and be willing to get into the trenches with the teamPreferred Experience and Skills:5+ years outbound SaaS sales experience, preferably selling CRM/ITSM/CX technologies.Proven track record of consistent quota attainment by month/quarter/yearMid-market software sales experience desiredTeam player, strong collaboratorConsistent success with sales quota attainmentCRM experienceInside sales, SDR prospecting experience is a plus!Excellent written/verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsMotivation, drive and a self-starting attitudeAbility to work in a fast paced, team environmentAbility to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product saleStrong time management and organizational skillsBachelor's degreeAt Freshworks, we are creating a global workplace that enables everyone to find their true potential, purpose, and passion irrespective of their background, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion and ethnicity.
